The Multi Sensory Learning Centre is located at the Base School and caters for students aged 5 to 21 with disabilities. This stimulating environment promotes an awareness and development of a wide range of abilities. Their Programmes include an emphasis on: Prerequisite Skills as well as using Te Whariki (Early Childhood Curriculum), Living Skills, Community Integration and Social Skills.

	Jade helped to "blow the house down" using the hair dryer for our "The Three Little Pigs" story.
Andre and Tim have swimming lessons at the Sue Mayo Swim School twice a week. They are becoming more proficient in their water skills while swimming in deep water.
	Ashlyn is making a monster sandwich after we read the book, "The Monster Sandwich" in Drama.
Our class did a Wheelchair Line Dance to some country music. We performed our dance at the SLC Assembly.
